Proficient in high-standard security management systems within the industry. Strong ability to respond to emergencies and coordinate with horizontal departments; achieve alignment through communication and clarification. Effective communication management skills (upward, downward, and lateral communication). Capable of coordinating across departments through information sharing, resource management, and project goal decomposition to achieve business objectives. Able to use comprehensive skills and methods to achieve goals, quickly set team directions, and allocate tasks efficiently, with clear objectives, execution, results, and performance assessment.
