Yalla capital is growing rapidly and looking for highly motivated summer interns to join our team. Initially focused on tech m&a, we now operate across strategic sectorsreal economy includedexecuting high-Impact transactions with independence and precision. Position description As a summer intern at yalla capital, you will work closely with senior professionals across different stages of live deals and strategic projects. This is a hands-On opportunity for students eager to accelerate their development and gain real exposure to the m&a market. Key responsibilities Support the team in preparing presentations, memos, and financial analyses. Conduct research on companies, industries, and transaction dynamics. Assist in data collection and market mapping for strategic assessments. Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal discussions on deal strategy. Ensure the quality and consistency of internal deliverables. Support internal operational tasks related to ongoing transactions and team routines. Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (engineering, business, economics or related fields). Strong interest in investment banking / m&a, and corporate finance. Strong quantitative and analytical skills suited for early-Career development. Detail-Oriented, curious, and willing to learn in a high-Performance environment. Introductory understanding of accounting and corporate finance fundamentals. Advanced excel and powerpoint skills basic knowledge or familiarity with financial modeling tools and frameworks is a plus. Resilience and discipline to perform in a high-Demand, high-Performance environment. Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
