Will often work under demanding deadlines, operating independently to resolve complex scripts to automate repetitive tasks or document procedural runbooks for junior part of an on-Call be asked to mentor others or serve as a team lead, guiding day-To-Day activities of team duties as moderate to complex (p1, p2 and p3) incidents and problems effectively and in a timely mannerproviding 24x7 production support and available for escalations.
