Lead performance weekly meetings with the agency and marketplaces teams to monitor the campaigns, asking for optimizations to ensure achieving the main kpis if needed. Lead performance business review meetings with internal teams, agency, marketplaces and top sellers to align performance strategy and execution. Identify risks/opportunities by category and business and bring the proposals to solve or take the opportunities. Lead performance reports and presentations to the executive team. Core competencies & accomplishments:5+ years experience in ecommerce performance experience. Managing amazon ads and mercado ads in its last position. Must have a deep understanding of amazon ads and mercado ads. Hands on experience. Solid ecommerce business acumen.
