As an hr business partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic hr support and guidance to the mine sites management team and employees. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure effective human resources management practices, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives within the mining environment. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the mining industry and possess strong interpersonal and analytical hr planning: develop and implement hr strategies aligned with the mine sites business objectives and industry best relations: provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict acquisition: collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements, develop job descriptions. Work in partnership with the designated talent advisor to share business conditions and insights in support of proactive talent searches.
