Develop and test tools to enhance and assist the work of artists in production. Collaborate with art leads, technical directors, and qa to ensure assets meet technical requirements. Utilize the best tools and methods for improving graphic workload efficiency. Share best practices and conduct training sessions to ensure proper use of tools and methods. Integrate, validate, and optimize graphic data in the engine, using scripts when necessary. Fix graphic bugs according to priorities and provide support to other artists. Produce and maintain documentation on tools, methods, training, processes, and engine limits for future reference. Lead the qa team in ensuring assets are 100% bug-Free and ready for release.
