Jpc - 517 - It business partner with piramal critical care position overview : the it business partner acts as the liaison between our business users, software support vendors, internal it support team and corporate it to implement new applications as well as manage existing applications to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be a technical contributor and advisor to our business users to proactively assist in partnering with business to understand the requirements and lead the implementation of the solution as per business requirements. The role is also responsible for managing it internal and external resources assigned on the project roles and responsibilities : manages all aspects of large business-Impacting projects for new and existing it systems. This includes systems such as sap, data warehouses, business intelligence reporting, order management, manufacturing and warehouse systems and integration with systems/3pls to allow the business to continue to grow as well as run more efficiently. This includes: implements it solutions/systems at site level by working with business users and core it team to develop strategies to support business growth identify solutions in industry, applications, vendors and propose to reporting manager develops assessment of project scope and budget for approval, development of project charter, collection of requirements, evaluation of it options and selection of vendor development of statements of work and managing vendors to cost and solution obligations managing site and remote offshore it resources, testing and defect resolution, training, go live transition support, and post go live monitoring identifying technologies to be implemented for meeting business requirements assists users with data migration to new system and using post go live tools successfully ensures that the overall it infrastructure setup is in place for the project and systems which are being rolled out works closely with business project manage
