Manageand oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting,forecasting, and cash management. Develop and maintain financialpolicies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatoryrequirements. Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to thegeneral manager and global executive team. Develop and maintainrelationships with banks, investors, and other financial and mentor a team of finance professionals, includingaccountants, analysts, and other support staff. Escolaridade mínima:superior completo idiomas: inglês fluente perfil desejado -Habilidades esperadas: bachelors degree in finance, accounting, orrelated field. Mba or advanced degree preferred. 10 years ofexperience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership knowledge of financial and accounting principles, includinggaap and ifrs. Demonstrated experience in financial modeling andanalysis, including forecasting and budgeting. Experience withfinancial software and systems, including erp systems. Strategicthinker with a track record of developing and executing financialstrategies to support business goals. Strong leadership skills, withthe ability to inspire and motivate a team.
