Asworkshop team leaderwill be responsible for the financial and operational performance ofniteroi/rj workshop (brazil)to deliver timely services (repair and maintain components from our customers large power generation equipment and marine vessels) with profitability as per wartsila global policies, processes, hse and quality guidelines, and guaranteeing reporting accuracy etc. A typical day in this position starts with you joining a toolbox talk in the early morning with the workshop engineers and technicians to talk about need for awesome performance, scheduling of work, safety and quality concerns, and reviewing the schedule, safety & quality targets for the day, week & month. Workshop team leader reports togeneral manager regional workshopand you will work closely with customers/sales team/contracts teaield services team and other workshops in amer/globally.
