This position is responsible for helping grow prologis portfolio in brazil by acquiring and developing new projects. The position is also responsible for keeping proprietary forecast systems up to date including but not limited to the capital deployment forecast investment committee calendar, etc., as well as coordinating the portfolio valuations every semester. You will also be responsible for creating one pager summaries to present acquisitions opportunities to prologis senior leadership containing a risk and opportunity analysis as well as expected returns for each deal.
