We have several global offices including los angeles, new york, london, paris, berlin, dubai, mumbai, singapore, jakarta, são paulo, seoul, and are looking for a latam project manager who will be focused on ensuring the agencies team operations are well-Run, empowering the team to deliver on its goals and stay connected with its cross-Functional partners, internal/external agencies, and regional role key deliverables include:- Operational excellence for the agencies team- Strong strategic partnership with internal/external agencies, cross-Functional partners and regional teams- Support the agencies team on marketing campaigns, creative review, localization, special projects and support complex, cross-Team projects- Manage and communicate timelines with cross-Functional partners and internal/external agencies- Lead project management and creative review for all marketing campaigns across all product teamsResponsibilities:- Build out new systems, tools and processes to support team operations and create efficiencies and transparency in goal tracking, campaign/project tracking, project go-To-Market/roll-Out, feedback mechanisms, cross-Functional collaboration, budget tracking, cross-Functional alignment, communications and other team processes- Deliver ongoing team reports and progress updates on agencies kpis and projects- Facilitate partnership between team, internal/external agencies, and regional and cross-Functional partners- Participate in meetings, support in follow up communications, report on next steps- Partner with teams to track, uncover and highlight opportunities and challenges for the group- Glean insights from data, and use that data to make recommendations and inform future plans and initiatives- 7+ years experience in marketing, operations, project or program management- Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis- Experience working within a global organization, inte
