Main tasks and responsibilities ensuring efficient employment life cycle hr processes and hr yearly clock actions implementation of country hr policies line manager support & coaching provide input and guidance on country/site-Specific expertise areas (payroll, employee relations, time and attendance rules, short term assignment local recruitment activities, including employee value proposition and employer image activities, local partner coordination, interviews and related trainings conduct local onboarding and exit procedures support cargotec hr annual cycle processes (pdp, salary review and bonus payout, compass) in respective site/s responsible for local employee relations and work wellbeing initiatives (including co-Operation with respective stakeholders). Local competence development initiatives local admin or manual activities on site which are not in scope for the central team, including document management blue collar support harmonization agenda support in ensuring the accuracy of data in hr systems co
