Grove labs (a steakhouse financial company) mission is to build the open source credit and liquidity rails that let anyone, anywhere move, save, and lend value at internet speed. In collaboration with the sky ecosystem, we build transparent, efficient, and accessible financial primitives to power the next generation of capital markets on public blockchains. About the role As a senior full stack engineer at grove labs, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of the next generation of onchain defi experiences. Youll be in charge of shipping a suite of products that can scale to millions of users on top of infrastructure that is safely and efficiently processing transactions worth billions in underlying value. You will join a small but ambitious team with a wide range of responsibilities who are working to solve some of defi and tradfis most challenging problems. What were looking for: - Bachelors or above in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. - 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in typescript, react, nextjs, tailwind, and tanstack query (e.G. T3 stack) as well as python and sql. - Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in developing decentralized applications, ideally with another defi protocol with a large user base. Ideally strong familiarity with web3 programming and using evm-Based tooling like, foundry, tenderly, etc. - Expertise in python, go, or similar on the backend, with a proven track record of building scalable rest or graphql apis. - Experience deploying applications across multiple regions using cloud platforms like aws, google cloud. - Familiarity with cloud-Native architecture, vpc networking, telemetry and monitoring. - Proficiency with containerization (docker/kubernetes), and ci/cd pipelines (argo cd). - Basic to intermediate familiarity with smart contracts, ethereum, evm-Based chains, or other relevant blockchain technologies. - Proven expertise in relational database ma
