This role will serve as the hr business partner to the country/delivery center leadership reporting to the kyndryl corporate organization. The role will be a key member of the kyndryl brazil leadership team and report to the hr vp of global role will be part of a global team of 200+ hr professionals supporting approximately 90,000 global colleagues. The role will be responsible for the hr strategies that support business objectives and growth in the country. They will provide strong and proactive leadership to address opportunities related to reskilling and talent management, organizational development, culture development, labour strategy, and diversity & inclusion. The role will also play a key part in developing hr talent at the country level and contributing to the global hrteam.- A proven hr generalist: balances vision, drive for results, a learning orientation and employee outcomes across complex teams.
